Garlic-Jalapeño-Cilantro Bread !!!

Look matters:: Old garlic bread in this new shape and style.

For Bread Dough

1 packet instant dry yeast

3 Tablespoons granulated sugar

260 ml whole milk (lukewarm)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

1 egg

3 cups (400 g) all-purpose flour

More flour to knead and roll the dough

1 teaspoon salt

For Garlic butter

1 Stick soften butter (room temperature)

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped Jalapeno (seeded)

Mix them together and keep it aside for letter use.


Step 1: Make the dough

Mix the salt with the flour. Whisk the warm milk (not too hot), sugar, yeast, and melted butter together. Then add the egg to the milk and yeast mixture. Combine everything in a stand mixer or a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough. Grease a bowl with some oil and put the dough in the bowl.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in a warm place for 2 hours to raise the dough.

Step 2: Make the bread

After 2 hours, take out the dough on a floured surface to knead.

Add 1/4 cup of more flour and knead the dough to make a

soft dough.

Divide the dough into 32 equal pieces

Then roll each dough ball into a small disk and spread the garlic jalapeno butter on it.

Then fold it in half and close the two corners like this.👇

Then arrange them on a greased baking tray like this and brush the excess garlic butter on top of the flowers. Let them sit for half an hour.

Bake it in preheated 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 35 minutes.
