It always reminds me of my childhood days that my mom used to make for us.

I always try to recreate that taste that my mom used to make, but mom's cooking is mom's cooking :). This is a very delicious and easy recipe that I got from my mom.

Usually, I make this with whole Prawns that have a shell and head on them but of-course deveined. This coconut prawn curry is really yummy.

Add the grated coconut.

Mix everything well and cook for 2 mins.

Add 1/2 cup of water to incorporate everything together.

Cook until sauce is dry and prawns are cooked.

Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over it.
