JalapeƱo š¶ļø Cream Cheese Stuffed chili Garlic Bread!

Ingredients:
For the Dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp and 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 cup warm milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
For the Filling:
8oz or 225grams cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp chopped fresh jalapeƱos (finely chopped)
For the Garlic Butter:
2 tbsp butter (softened)
3 garlic cloves (grated or minced)
½ tsp chili flakes
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough
Add sugar and yeast in warm milk .
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, and salt, egg, melted butter and milk and yeast mixture.
knead into a soft dough.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

2. Make the Cheese-JalapeƱo Filling
Mix softened cream cheese, and chopped jalapeƱos in a bowl.
Set aside.

3. Make Garlic Chili Butter
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chili flakes.

4. Assemble the Bread
Divide the dough into 20 small parts .
Roll out the each dough into a circle.
Spread spoon full of the cheese-jalapeƱo filling on top.

seal the edges and make a small ball.
Put them on a greased baking tray.
In the same manner, finish all of them.

Brush the top generously with garlic butter and sprinkle chili flakes on top.
5. Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C).
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Garnish & Serve
Brush with more garlic butter after baking.
Sprinkle extra chili flakes or parmesan if desired.
Serve warm !
