Rabri is a sweet, thick milk-based dish. it is made by boiling and reducing the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes thick and creamy and changes its color to off-white or pale yellow. This preparation is straightforward and delicious but not time-consuming at all, so sharing this quick and easy instant rabri recipe.

Ingredients:
3 cups Evaporated milk or 5 cups full-fat milk reduced to 3 cups
1 cup mawa powder or dry milk powder
1/4 cup of condensed milk
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup cold milk to dissolve the cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
soak a pinch of saffron strands in 1/2 cup of warm milk
1 tablespoon chopped pistachios for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped almonds for garnish
1 tablespoon Dried rose petals for garnish
Methods:
Take the evaporated milk in a heavy bottom pan and put it on medium to low heat. If you do not have the evaporated milk take 5 cups of regular full-fat milk and reduced it to 3 cups of milk.
Add cardamom powder to the milk.
Then add the mawa powder or dry milk powder.
Next, add the cornstarch to the cold milk and mix it and pour the mixture into the pan.
Then add the milkmaid and mix everything together.
Bring it to a boil and constantly stir it with a whisk. The milk mixture will start getting thicker.
Then add the saffron milk and mix it. Turn off the heat, when you get the desired consistency.
Let it cool down. Then garnish it with chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, and dried rose petals and serve it.
