The Aqua Butterfly Pea Iced Tea cocktail made with vodka, gin, and butterfly pea tea, lime juice, and honey. This drink is not as boozy as other cocktails. This is very light and smooth.
Butterfly pea flower tea is known as blue tea. Love the vibrant color of it. It can be used in different dishes. It works as natural food color. When you soak it in water, you make caffeine-free herbal tea by infusioning of the flower petals.

Ingredient:
4 oz. Ciroc Summer Citrus Vodka
4 oz Gin
2 oz. fresh Lime juice
3 tablespoons honey (or according to your taste)
6 oz. Butterfly Pea flower tea
12 oz can Club Soda
Garnish: Lime slices and fresh mint leaves

Methods:
First, make the Pea flower iced tea
Soak 1/4 cup of dried pea flower in 1 cup of warm water for 10 minutes.
then strain it to separate glass and let it cool and come to room temperature.
Save it for later use.
Now make the Butterfly Pea Flower iced tea cocktail :
Take ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or a pitcher.
Add everything in it (Ciroc Summer Citrus Vodka, Gin, honey, lime juice, and pea flower tea )
Mix everything together and serve the chilled summer cocktail glass, then top it up with club soda. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves.
