Gosh, s’mores are delicious! So get the holiday spirit with these easy Christmas S’mores cupcakes. A moist chocolate cupcake made with graham crackers and is frosted with marshmallows and chocolate goodness will make this Chrismas eve cozy and super delectable. My son loves these warm toasted marshmallows and melted milk chocolate on top chocolate mini cupcakes.

Serving: 24 small smores cupcakes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker fine crumbs (1 packet)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup +3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar + 2 tablespoons packed
24 Kisses candies
12 large marshmallows
Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease 24 muffin mini pans and lightly dust with flour and set them aside.
Finely grind the graham crackers in a food processer.
Then take the graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder salt, and baking soda together in a mixing bowl and mix together.
Then add melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract and combine them together.
Scoop a tablespoon of mixture to put them in the muffin pan well in the ready mini pan.
Then Bake for 20 mins or until the center is done.
Then cut each marshmallow into halves and put each one on top of mini chocolate cupcakes and let it bake for another 2 mins and take it out from the oven.
Then put Kisses chocolates on top of the melted marshmallows.
Enjoy the gooey marshmallow chocolate mini cupcakes.
Then with a blow torch burn the marshmallows. (optional)
