I had a bag of pea sprouts and had to use up. Enough of eating young raw pea sprouts in salads, and I wanted to have something crispy and tasty, so made these fritters.
Pea sprouts are high in antioxidants and carotene. It also helps to control blood sugar levels in the body. So I enjoyed guilt-free crispy, tasty fritters.
400 grams of Pea sprouts greens
1 cup Gram flour / Besan
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Coarsely chop the pea sprouts greens and mix everything together.
Take a spoon full of it and deep fry it.
Finish the whole thing.
Enjoy the fritters with creme fresh or any of your favorite dipping sauces.
