This is the month of February and the month of valentine's day. So, thought of making some dessert with chocolate. And what is easier than a chocolate mousse. This Chocolate Mousse recipe is an easy five ingredients quick dessert to make.
Mousse means foamy and frothy. This Chocolate Mousse is thick, rich, creamy, and a perfect dessert for entertaining for any party. It's really light fluffy after a heavy meal or after any meal. Not only is it pretty to look at, at the same time, everyone gets their own serving separately. So it's easy to serve, and you can make it ahead of time.

Ingredients :
6 ounces of dark chocolate
6 tablespoons of butter
1 cups heavy cream,
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup of sugar
Methods:
In a small glass bowl, combine the dark chocolate with butter.
Place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Make sure that the water should not touch the bottom of the bowl.
Stir until the chocolate and butter are melted. Then remove from heat and set it aside.
In another bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar together and place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water and whisk for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture changes the bright yellow color to pale yellow color and gets slightly thick, then remove from the heat.
Then add the chocolate mixture to the egg yolk mixture together, mix until well combined.
Set aside until it cools down to room temperature.
Take the cold heavy cream into a standing mixer or in a mixing bowl and beat on high speed until the cream becomes soft foamy.
Now mix the whipped cream into the room temperature chocolate mixture.
Using a spatula, gently mix everything together until smooth.
