Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake!

Ingredients:

Flour - 2 cups and a tablespoon

Sugar - 1 cup

Butter - 1 cup melted

Greek Yogurt - 1 cup

Baking powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp

Baking Soda -1 tsp

Milk - 1 cup

Tuttifrutti - 150 gram


Methods:

  • Mix tutti fruitti with the tablespoon of flour in a bowl and keep it aside.

  • Into a bowl, take flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and keep it aside.

  • In a mixing bowl take sugar and yogurt and melted butter and mix it all well.

  • Now mix the flour mixer and the sugar and yogurt and melted butter mixer together.

  • Add milk and mix with it with everything.

  • Next, mix the flour-coated tutti fruitti with the batter and fold it nicely.

  • Grease a 9-inch cake pan with butter and dust it pan with flour and set it aside.

  • Now pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle some floured tutti fruitti on the top.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the cake for 30 minutes to 45 minutes or until the cake center is done and firm.

  • Take out the cake, and let it come to room temperature.

  • Cut the cake and enjoy.
