Ingredients:
3 oz Mango juice
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Grenadine syrup
1 oz blue curacao liqueur
Fresh Raspberry for garnish
Some crushed ice
Double or multiply the amount for two or more drinks.
Methods:
Take a tall champagne flute.
Add the grenadine syrup first to the glass.
Then fill the glass with ice cubes.
In a pitcher, add rum to the mango juice and mix well.
Pour the mango juice and rum mix into the glass very slowly on top of grenadine syrup.
And then, add blue curacao liqueur very slowly on top of the mango juice mix. (Have to be real gentle for this step, unless everything will mix and give a dull-colored drink).
The blue curacao liquor will go under the mango juice slowly.
Garnish with fresh raspberries on top.
