I love caramel iced coffee from Starbucks, so I thought of making it at home with non-dairy milk, as I am lactose intolerant. It's straightforward to make. It just needs three ingredients and some ice cubes! This will be a very refreshing drink on a hot summer afternoon.
Prep Time: 30 mins
Making Time: 5 Mins
1 cup strong freshly brewed coffee (cold)
1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought)
1 cup Almond milk (cold)
1 cup ice cubes
whip cream and caramel sauce for topping ( Garnish - optional )
After brewing the fresh, strong coffee, let it cool for 30 mins in the refrigerator.
When the coffee is cold enough, add caramel sauce to the coffee, mix it, and dissolve it properly.
Pour that chilled caramel coffee into two chilled cups or jars.
Add lots of ice cubes to the cups or jars into the coffee.
Then add almond milk to the iced caramel coffee mixture and mix it.
Enjoy the chilled almond milk caramel latte.
