Curd rice is a south Indian dish made with cooked rice and yogurt then tempered with few spices. It's really beneficial for our digestive health and easy to make. Yogurt is highly nutritious and is an excellent source of protein, calcium. It also provides a lot of vitamins and minerals for our body. This simple dish is really yummy after a long day of work for dinner or a quick lunch. I preferred to have it on a hot summer day for lunch.
