Prep time: 2 hours 15 minsCooking time: 60 minsServing: 8 pcs lamb chopsIngredients: 2.5 lbs (8 pcs) Lamb loin chops 1 cup of onion paste1 tablespoon ginger paste1 tablespoon garlic paste2 tablespoon of yogurt1 tomato paste puree1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon sugar1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder1/8 teaspoon clove powder pinch of ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoon of oilMethods:Take a foil tray or banking tray.Add onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, tomato pastecumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder,cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder,sugar, salt, black pepper, oil, and mix well.Put the lamb loins in the spice mix and rub the spices mix with the meat.Then leave the lamb loins to marinate with this spices mix for at least 2 hours.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.Cover the meat tray with a piece of foil and put it in the oven for 30 mins.After 30 mins, remove the foil and cook for another 30 mins. Let it broil the top and get it a little charred.Take out the cooked lamb loins from the oven and enjoy it with rice.
